3.Coordinating with other departments to meet customer purchase order demands.
4.Organized and sent samples to customers to support sales team.
5.Prepare all documents for domestic and international shipments.
6.Communicate with customers via phone or email.
7.Resolves complaints and answers questions of customers regarding services and procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - 3-5 years of experience in cutomer service field.
- Good verbal and written communication skill in english.
- Good knowledge of MS office &SAP.
- Service oriented individual with good leaderchip skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking.
