• Full spectrum of HRM function include payroll support, recruitment, and admin task.
• Specialize and can do overall HRD functions including; Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Corporate Communication. This position is focus on helping employees understand and work towards the organization’s goals and long-term success
• Collect and analyze training needs based on the Company’s strategic direction, business objectives and employees’ performance review.
• Establish a training master plan in accordance with training needs and business objectives.
• Monitor and develop training courses for both in-house and external sessions.
• Implement and develop Talent management program, Succession Planning, Leadership Development program and Management Trainee program.
• Conduct and develop an orientation program for new employees.
• Manage HRM&HRD budget.
• Handling and centralize KPI information and analytic.
• Generate relevant training reports and follow up training KPIs to ensure training effectiveness.
• Develop people development activities and related projects as assigned.
• Manages employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies & practices.
• Design, create and organize the Employee Relation activity such as communication program, employee’s activity and special event as assigned by manager.
