รายละเอียดงาน
1.Work in enterprise Service delivery team for delivery and maintenance Project.
2.Do hardware installation, Software upgradation, Configuration change and Log collection.
3.Create Mop, review operation process with IT/IP product R&D team and customer.
4.SR ticket handling and incident management handling.
5.Delivery project IP/IT network planning, design, installation, commissioning, integration and Acceptance service.
6.POC project handling and get acceptance from customer.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female
- Age 20-45 Years.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication or Communication Engineering
- Experience in IT and Network
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good relationship and ability to work under pressure
