As an IT Support Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and clients experiencing technical issues. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Basic software installation, improve network infrastructure, daily monitoring both H/W and S/W and maintain zero downtimes as well and support business applications, update website content etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to support requests via phone, line, email, teams and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office applications (Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, etc.).
Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions.
Document and track issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
Provide end-user training and support on various IT-related topics.
Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.
