1 Plan and control the work of the Wrapping Department in accordance with the Company's policies regarding quantity and quality. 2 Set production goals and guidelines to achieve them. 3 Control, supervise, and participate in analyzing and planning machinery improvements to increase efficiency. 4 Attend a meeting to discuss Suggest management guidelines and report production regularly. 5 Improve and develop the work of personnel in the department regularly. 6 Meet with quality department and related parties to analyze and solve quality problems. or problems related to machinery 7 Find measures to prevent and solve problems that cause work to be up to standard. 8 Find measures to reduce waste in the production line to reduce costs. Increase production efficiency 9 Support training and development, technical knowledge and skills of the team in the department. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering industrial engineering or other related
At least 5 years experience in production engineering
Read and understand English very well.
Have knowledge and understanding of system control and expertise in maintenance.
Have problem solving skills
Have an understanding of Requirement ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / TLS 8001 / Q1
