รายละเอียดงาน1. Coordinate to the customers, plants, marketing and other relates function in term of orders, invoice and VMI through efficient logistics flow and organization.
2. Coordinate with Quality department for customer complaints, incidents and irregularities
3. Ensure that customers’ orders are acknowledged & processed on time w/o compromising company objectives.
4. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
5. Ensure that the goods (lenses) are properly purchased and sale with the right source/customer/transferring price in Oracle system.
