Responsibility -Creating CNC programs using CAD/CAM software -Developing and maintaining a complete engineering package for the manufacture of machine parts. -Designing, developing, and implementing the machining process of complex parts to align with manufacturing practices, industry standards, and customers’ requirements. -Reviewing 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation. -Setup tooling/machine for test cut during the trial process until achieve the first-article parts. -Making improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
5 Years experience in Automotive/Aerospace industries related to CNC 5Axis Turn-mill or Machining Center (Mazak control is preferred)
Able to interpret engineering drawings with fully understanding of GD&T symbol.
Expertise in CAD/CAM programs ( Autodesk Feature CAM and Mazak Smooth CAM are preferred)
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint)
Solid foundational understanding of the machining process, including CNC turning, milling, EDM, honing, and drilling.
Knowledge of WeinCAD software, AutoCAD 2D will be advantages
Good in spoken and written English is required.
