- Understand the business operations and support operational
- Mainly handle welfare (Social Security, Nametag)
- New Staffs Onboarding process
- Handling internship program
- Work closely with line manager and acting as line HR Business partner and consultant
- Manage and co-ordinate with all employee relations and support to clubs
- Provide monthly report to HR or line manager.
