รายละเอียดงาน
- Check PO from customers (Price, Delivery date/address and correct warehouses)
- Check loading file from Kook to verify Priorities
- Share data with the correct contact person in the EXP team
- Follow up booking situation (specific person remain in charge of giving green light to forwarder)
- Weekly report regarding shipment
- Monthly report on Open SO
- Main contact person for both Vittoria and PL shipments (Tarcy/Vittoria SC team)
- Sharing and checking of the Invoice journal for PL
- Check needs for CN/DN and related sharing to customers
- In case of claims management of CN/replacement + return of defective tires in coordination with QC
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in manufacturing sectors
- Experience with international shipping and customs regulations (mandatory)
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
