รายละเอียดงาน
1. Production plan coordination: Reasonably arrange the number of lines, personnel, etc. according to the production plan needs, and prepare equipment, sites, materials and tools;
2. Production quality management: organize operation training in a timely manner, supervise the accuracy of on-site operations, control quality points and make suggestions for improvement;
3. Personnel management: Carry out employee reserve, employee deployment, employee morale improvement, etc. according to production needs, and control and improve production efficiency;
4. Manufacturing process improvement management: In order to reduce costs and improve quality, continue to improve the process flow;
5. Production safety management: In order to ensure the safety of people and property, conduct daily safety training, supervision and safety improvement in accordance with relevant operating standards;
6. On-site 7S implementation: micro-courses improve employee quality, maintain a clean and orderly production environment, and provide guidance on participation in 7S subscription and improvement activities;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Male/female, age 28-35 years.
- Have 3 years or more production control experience.
- Able to communicate verbally in English. and having experience in Chinese factories will be given special consideration.
- Rich knowledge related to electronics and electrical appliances.
- Have the ability to perform statistical analysis and be able to use inspection tools.
- Quick action and execution ability, able to withstand greater work pressure.
