Key Competence
1.High English capability with at least TOIEC score more than 600
2.Knowledgeable on Lean tools and Lean Sigma.
3.Leadership and Interpersonal skill , able to take lead meeting with global team.
Job Description
1.Drive Continuous Improvement program to implement across the board.
2.Settle process cycle for SAP routing and identify any variances from cycle time in routing.
3.Able to identify and implement productivity improvement and provide proper solution.
4.Apply Lean approaches to improve plant capacity , eliminate wastes , minimize lead-time an WIP.
5.Improves manufacturing efficiency by standardize work flow ,maximize existing space and design for equipment layout.
6.To be leader to call internal and global team meeting for productivity and capacity improvement.
7.Coordinate with OPEX global team to deploy any Lean approaches to plant level.
8.Able to be a trainer for Lean White & Greenbelt training to employees.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in IE , Electronic , Electrical or Mechanic.
- Familiar with Lean initiatives ( VSM/VSD , SMED , Line Balance etcs) and knows how to eliminate 8 wastes.
- Leadership and collaboration skill to take lead meeting with team.
- Proficient in English.
