2. Deeply understand the personnel status, operation and business model of the packaging plant, analyze and sort out regularly, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions;
3, according to the company's operation management and business development planning, reasonable prediction of human resource needs, organization and formulation of talent allocation plans;
4. Responsible for the implementation of talent recruitment, selection, evaluation of talents, sorting out and improving the recruitment process;
5. Responsible for coordinating project resources, planning, organizing and implementing creative activities for employees, promoting cultural advocacy and staff activities, and enriching staff cultural experience;
6. Responsible for local labor compliance management;
