รายละเอียดงาน
1. Upload and issue orders, be responsible for contacting, communicating and coordinating various issues in the process of cargo transportation with customers, colleagues, etc.;
2. Be responsible for following up the entire business process, timely tracking the status of ships and cargoes, feedback business dynamics, and tracking and handling abnormal situations;
3. Review the content of the documents provided by the customer, and correctly prepare relevant documents according to the customer information;
4. Coordinate and handle other emergencies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- College degree or above;
- Can communicate in English Or Chinese
- More than one year of experience in logistics
- Proficient in using OFFICE/PDF and others office software
- Quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility, good service awareness and hard-working spirit, strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
