- Provide visionary leadership to the teaching staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of teaching staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure curriculum alignment and consistent teaching standards.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess teaching performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Act as a liaison between teachers and administrative staff to maintain effective communication.
- Serve as the admin for the LINE group of Thai and foreign teachers, ensuring that updates and information positively impact teaching and learning.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields
- Proficiency in English (TOEFL score of 100 or higher, IELTS score of 6.0 or higher
- , or TOEIC score of 750 or higher preferred)
- Teaching experience preferred
- Teaching certification/license preferred
- Creative and enthusiastic about designing activities and teaching children
- Enthusiastic, dependable, flexible, and reliable
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
