รายละเอียดงาน
- Create and optimize manufacturing for PCBA
- Perform design of experiments (DOE) to launch new models and optimize SMT process yield.
- Specify equipment and process requirements for NPI build processes and development.
- Perform process development and validation on new models (NPI) in extremely aggressive timelines.
- Lead efforts to uncover root-cause and develop a permanent resolution on issues found during pre-production.
- Ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume production.
-Dedicatrd resources to support with very fast response time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ฺBachelor's degree in engineering
- Male or Female
- 25-45 Years old
- 5+ years of experience working in SMT or PCBA process manufacturing engineering.
- Have experience in SMT , wave soldering and conformal coating
- Have an understanding of English and can communicate and write.
- If can communicate and understand Chinese, you will be given special consideration.
