- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Route customer cases to proper teams to follow up and handle (both internal and external).
- Provide technical phone support to customers.
- Provide reports to customers upon requests.
- Perform routine operation and maintenance for Data Center and customers.
