Qualifications:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, IT, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- High motivation and absolute reliability, Result oriented, Discrete manner, and fast learning.
- Good communication skills
Job Descriptions:
- Source potential candidates (especaially IT Specialist) through online & offline channels
- Recruitment processes such as selection procedures, including screening calls, interview appointment, assessments and online & in-person interviews
- Manage all activities related to recruitment and selection process
- Support other functions as assigned and assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the office
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- AT least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, IT, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task
- Source potential candidates (especaially IT Specialist) through online & offline channels
- Recruitment processes such as selection procedures, including screening calls, interview appointment, assessments and online & in-person interviews
- Manage all activities related to recruitment and selection process
- Support other functions as assigned and assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the office
