Human Resources Duties:
• Process payroll efficiently and accurately.
• Support HR operations and report back to Asia Pacific HQ.
• Process staff expense reimbursements and monitor attendance management.
Administrative Duties:
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
• Manage payments and related financial processes.
Accounts Duties:
• Help accounts issue monthly payment voucher
• Handling petty cash
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as an Admin and HR Executive or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits), labor laws, and disciplinary procedures
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak Japanese is a plus.
