รายละเอียดงานOperation Officer (Export)
1. Manage data entry and updates in the company’s software system.
2. Book cargo space with shipping lines.
3. Coordinate with shipping lines and exporters.
4. Liaise with the shipping team.
5. Oversee and manage the logistics company operations.
6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of Shipping Instructions and Verified Gross Mass (VGM).
7. Send pre-alerts to consignees.
8. Invoice customers and handle various payment orders.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Operation Officer (Import)
1. Coordinate with shipping lines for efficient communication.
2. Communicate with Thai and international customers.
3. Prepare relevant documents for importing goods.
4. Check emails and process Credit Notes/Debit Notes.
5. Collaborate with relevant departments.
Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking)
1. Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues related to freight forwarding services.
2. Handle order processing and coordination, ensuring smooth and timely freight movements for Chinese clients.
3. Manage and organize shipment documentation, including customs clearance documents for imports and exports involving Chinese customers.
4. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Provide language support in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects as needed to facilitate communication with customers and partners.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and efficient cargo handling and delivery.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with Chinese customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male/Female, not over 40 years old
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or higher in a related field
- Over 1 year of experience in export-import operations within a freight company
- Good command of Chinese both written and spoken (Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking))
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills, empathy and self control
- Good human relationship
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and quick-thinking in problem-solving
- Good foundation in English, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively
