Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
Coordinate with internal and external parties to confirm appointments and schedules
Document Support
Prepare, organize, and review documents related to real estate operations, such as contracts, reports, and correspondence
Draft meeting minutes and compile reports as directed by the executive
Communication Liaison
Handle and filter incoming calls, emails, and messages directed to the executive
Relay instructions or information from the executive to relevant teams or departments
Project Administration Support
Assist in monitoring the progress of real estate projects as assigned by the executive
Liaise with project development teams, legal departments, or finance teams as needed
Travel and Event Coordination
Arrange flight tickets, hotel bookings, and transportation for the executive’s business trips
Support the organization of seminars, meetings, or business-related events
Confidentiality and Professionalism
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information
