1. Involve in drafting marketing strategies with clear executable initiatives 2. Prepare monthly marketing campaign plans 3. Evaluate efficacy of marketing campaigns and work with agency to optimise results 4. Oversee the content creation process, with expectations to review and refine contents (both video and static) 5. Oversee the video production process and work with external video editing talents 6. Draft and finalise captions and copywriting for published contents 7. Manage Customer Operations Executive to ensure that all operations are running smoothly 8. Deliver strategic initiatives including working with larger brands on collaboration etc.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in marketing and business relating fields
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in parents and kids segment, e-commerce, marketing agencies
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a small team
Innovative, bold and also willing to experiment new ideas
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in using Canva, Capcut, Inshot or other basic content creation tools
Good command of English
