รายละเอียดงาน-Establishing technical training program for the whole organization this will include conduct the training needs analysis, road-map for employees, identify the right skill set and measurement required for each position.
-Coordinate with trainer, department manager and work out on program time lines for whole year of training without interruption to the business.
-Organizing training program and implement across the organization in the effective and timely manner.
-Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational management area in a specified field.
-Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
-Plan and assess the capability of employees and identify the talent (Technical specialist) in each area.
-Develop the training material either self or work with trainer, having a global mindset and be able to think out of box with regards to training material.
-Manage training database by maintaining accuracy of training record, expenses, cost allocation, course evaluation, career planning, and quarterly report, including Training & Development reports submission to related government bodies.
-Counsel individual managers and employees by identifying learning requirements; designing an individual training or development program; coaching to improve performance.
-Perform “Internal Trainer” role for assigned in-house training programs.
-May lead, guide, and train staff/student , interns, and/or performing related work; may participate in the recruitment new hire as appropriate to the area of operation.
-Employee relationship by; survey, communication, feedback & hospitality.
-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
-Prepare & update organization chart.
