รายละเอียดงานJob Summary:
Responsible for helping deliver profitable growth by supporting the service teams with various administrative duties.
-Generate service quotation for spare parts, PM/Cal,
repair jobs, service contracts and other service products
promoted by the company and submit to Management for
review and approval
-Follow-up on service reports and generate quotes based on
service recommendations
-Track equipment warranty deadlines and initiate service
sales activities accordingly
-Email to customers for all service quotation after
Management approval
-Follow-up on submitted quotes
-Track order status and keep record
-Maintain service business dash board and provide monthly
order analysis report to management
-Coordinate spare parts delivery with Germany, UK, US, or
China
-Coordinate with Finance/Accounts Manager for invoicing
and documentation.
-Work closely with Accounts Manager and Country Manager to
improve the service operations and processes
-Follow-up and support service sales activities
