Our company is a global leader in the creation and production of high-quality flavors and aromas. We are committed to providing innovative aromatic solutions to our clients worldwide. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Data Methods Agent dedicated to creating, managing, and optimizing manufacturing bill of materials and routing.
1.Bill of Materials Creation and Maintenance:
• Design and implement manufacturing BOM for our aromatic finished and semi-finished products in collaboration with flavorists, French methods department and production teams.
• Ensure continuous updates to the BOM based on product changes, quality standards, and operational requirements.
2. Manufacturing Routing Development:
• Define detailed manufacturing routing, specifying steps, standard times, and resources required for each product.
• Optimize manufacturing routing to maximize operational efficiency and minimize production costs.
3. Data and Documentation Management:
• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of manufacturing BOM and routing, ensuring accessibility to all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure complete and up-to-date documentation of processes related to BOM and routing.
• Define and maintain the logistics and article parameters of the ERP (Article/site, logistics/route).
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with production, planning/scheduling team, quality, and R&D teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
5. Continuous Improvement:
• Actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement related to BOM and routing, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or production management or scheduling supply chain.
- Thai nationality, English professional efficiency.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
- Excellent proficiency in computer tools, data management software, and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Chemistry or food/flavoring industry background is a plus but not mandatory.
