•Lead, design, develop, collaborate, and communicate ER &Welfare activities.
•Operate in work of well-being part such as visit out-patient employee, be the company representative of employee or family’s funeral.
•Build relationships with employees, promote the importance of employee engagement programs throughout the company.
•Organize employee engagement events related to local campaigns, festivities and other ad hoc requirements and promote a positive organizational culture and will be primarily responsible for the creation and execution of internal employee engagement, communications, and employee experience.
•Employees’ well-being and working environment improvement.
•Facilitate team building activities.
•Contact local government to drive the activities as planned.
•Implement the program to promote a positive work environment and minimize the risk of employee-related issues.
•Responsible for designing and implementing “To be number one”, CSR projects &Report, Labor Report.
•Suggestion management.
