รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service officer to oversee and monitor a new multi-service logistics contract that encompasses warehousing, transport, and freight services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in coordinating complex logistics operations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the implementation and ongoing management of the multi-service logistics contract.
- Ensure all contract terms and conditions are met and that services are delivered as per the client's requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or concern promptly and effectively.
- Monitor warehousing, transport, and freight operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with contract specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the client and senior management.
- Communicate any changes or developments in the contract or logistics operations.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage escalations and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing multi-service logistics contracts.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Experience in an international logistics environment.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
