รายละเอียดงาน
1.Oversee and optimize plastic injection molding processes and team performance. 2.Ensure all production adheres to established standards and procedures. 3.Continuously improve processes, quality, and operational efficiency. 4.Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to maximize production and quality. 5.Coordinate production with planning and sales departments for optimal resource utilization. 6.Develop and implement sustainable personnel and training programs to enhance employee skills. 7.Manage documentation and reporting within company systems, informing plant management. 8.Uphold legal requirements, maintain a safe work environment, and implement external audit and certification directives. 9.Advise and assign the job function responsibilities for Supervisor, Leader, Staff and Operator of the Production Department (Planning, Injection, Assembly and Painting Section ). 10.Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male, Age 35 - 50 Years
  2. High Certificate or Bachelor degree in scientific or engineering or related studies
  3. At least more 10 years of hands-on plastic ( Injection Molding) production management experience.
  4. Management skill and experience in supervise subordinates.
  5. Strong skill in plastic injection process.
  6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  7. Working knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles and practices.
  8. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and proactively solve problems.
  9. Can start or setting and re-start the injection molding machine will be given consideration.
  10. Can command or understand in basic japanesee language.
