The Legal Department is responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts/notices/documents; as welf as providing legal advisory on substantive and procedural questions of law affecting the Company. They liaise with external counsels and play a leading role in litigation and dispute resolution matters. They also handle corporate secretarial matters and are in charge of the development, drafting and review of legal policies.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Qualified lawyer admitted to the High with at least 4 years' experience in the legal field.
-Well-versed in commercial/corporate/company law; and excellent contract negotiation
-Excellent communication and analytical Skills.
-Good command of both spoken and written English
