We are looking for
(1) Mechanical Engineer (Design & Cost planning)
Job Responsibilities:
-Concept design and scope of work for each project
Estimation of costs for the bid work
-Preparation of bids and proposals for jobs
-Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to achieve integrated design.
-Perform other M&E Design tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
-Report to the GM of the M&E Department
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer
- 3 years' experience in Design & Estimate work in the construction field
- An engineering license is required.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.,
- Knowledgeable in the construction industry
- Experience working with a Japanese company is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
- Good teamwork, possess effective Communication.
- Work hard and be able to work under pressure very well.
- Immediately starting is an advantage.
