Design and monitor quality of training through training & development programs evaluation for further analysis.
Corporate with L&D others countries to make learning and development plan.
Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution, follow-up and consistency of learning initiatives.
Prepare and oversee weekly, monthly & yearly reports and budgets.
Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Support to Manager for all functions of manpower and budgeting.
Manage special projects per assignment by superior.
