Lead with assessing training needs and development plans for Sales, Services, and HQ staff to effective alignment of people strategy. Leading for weekly online communication, create content, conduct and summary. Deploy and organize different kinds of learning methods company wide such as coaching, on the job training, classroom, online training, e-learning training, Knowledge Sharing for internal & external courses. Design and develop new training courses and review the existing training programs both content and process to improve the quality and performance of training programs. Design and monitor quality of training through training & development programs evaluation for further analysis. Corporate with L&D others countries to make learning and development plan. Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution, follow-up and consistency of learning initiatives. Prepare and oversee weekly, monthly & yearly reports and budgets. Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Support to Manager for all functions of manpower and budgeting. Manage special projects per assignment by superior.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in any fields
Experience 3-6 years plus in training, Learning & Development.
Good command in written and spoken English together with computer literacy.
Strong in Planning and Time management, Problem Solving and Decision making, Multi task working and work well under pressure.
Be flexible working, enthusiastic and ready to learn new things.
