รายละเอียดงาน1.Manage the GM's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments. Ensure the GM is well-prepared for meetings and events.
2.Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as required by the GM. Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized manner.
3.Assist in the management and execution of special projects as directed by the GM. Track project progress and provide regular updates.
4.Act as the point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and ensure smooth information flow.
5.Provide additional administrative support to other departments as needed.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Good command to Thai and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of integrity and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Be data sensitive and pay attention to detail.
- Good manner and strong interpersonal skills.
