รายละเอียดงาน
•Coordinate between internal departments and suppliers to support their information requirements.
•Schedule and coordinate all inbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery
•Monitor and track shipment progress and update stakeholders of any changes or delays
•Prepare and distribute documentation for customs clearance and other required parties
•Ensure compliance with all import regulations, including but not limited to product classification, country of origin determination, and recordkeeping
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of constantly changing import regulations
•Liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues that may impact the timely arrival of shipments
•Negotiate rates with freight forwarders and carriers to get the best possible price without compromising on quality or service
•Prepare cost estimates for customers and management
•Review invoices for accuracy and process payments in a timely manner
•Generate reports on import activity as requested
•Manage warehouse inventory and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth receiving and shipping operations
•Stay abreast of new technology and software developments that can improve import logistics coordination
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacist /or has experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Industries/Medical Devices.
- 2-5 years’ experience in import/export logistics in the field of Pharmaceutical Industries/Medical Devices and/or packaging
- Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, such as SAP
