•Plan recruitment strategies
•Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle screening, search,scheduling,interviewing, and getting candidates on-board.
•Actively find the right recruitment channels to engage talents
•Recruit for high level position or other roles as needed in the short-term, or when necessary, to support the recruiting team
•Manage manpower planning ,recruitment and organization structure
•Support both internal and external HR-related program,events and activities
•Track recruitment information, then create reports and identify solution of improvement
•Coach staff in recruit team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย-หญิง
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in Recruitment or Recruitment Agency
- Proven experience in mass recruitment with sale position
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong in stakeholder management, candidate management and negotiation skills
- Good coordination and facilitation skills Able to work independently and work well under pressure
