Job brief • Prepare import & export customs clearance and Arrange Invoice to customer and also Arrange cheque to pick up D/O process billing and release delivery order to customer • Produce and control all required documents accurately and timely , coordinate with team in China • Handle customer complaints and enquiries • Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external documents • Fill, transact, record import and export documentations and email for inform whom may concerning • Examine and inspect shipping documents, B/L’s, AWB’s, FTZ Forms, C/O’s, Form E, reporting any errors to supervisors • Follows standard operating procedures and update status of shipping • Ensure on-time and in-full cargo pickup by customer’s and freight forwarders • Interface with Customer in aboard or subcontractors, freight forwarders and delivery personnel • Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisors and/or Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Have 3-5 years of experience working in Import Export
  3. Having a certificate of custom broker training from an institution certified by the Custom Department will be advantage.
  4. Have a customs clearance card or custom agent card from the Customs Department will be advantage.
  5. Able to use a computer to perform basic tasks. (Microsoft office). English both of speaking and writing in business communication level.
  6. Have knowledge about customs laws, rules, and regulations. How to deal with international business documents.
  7. Able to communicate and work well as a team.
