รายละเอียดงาน1)Maintain provided company standard estimation programs for each type of activity / service.
2)Regularly update costs of needed goods and services, including negotiations and meetings with suppliers of such
3)Develop and improve company estimation and offers programs / standards, including solutions aiming towards costs control/reductions, quality and efficiency.
4)Handle, facilitate, follow-up and control assigned customers RFQ/ITB documentation and required attachments, standards, specifications and/or references.
5)Review assigned customers provided documentation, perform feasibility review and resolve any clarifications / problems that may arise from the reviews.
6)As required, perform necessary “Take-offs” from customers provided construction drawings, create BOQ databases for treatment and update such as necessary
7)Prepare offers & associated documentation for assigned customers / RFQ and ensure these are complete, correct, reviewed and approved before submitting to customers.
8)Follow-up submitted offers to customers on a regular basis, including participation to technical, clarification & negotiation meetings, reviews and revisions of offers as needed.
9)Coordinate necessary pre-mobilization activities upon project awards with EEP Manager and the selected Project Management Team.
10)Review / Propose procedures and technology solutions to improve technical products & services, procedures, engineering and estimation data treatment.
