1.According to the Group and BU strategy, develop and promote the implementation of HR strategy.
2.Improve the efficiency and core competitiveness of company organization, talent and culture;
3.Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
4.Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3.Managing the recruitment and selection process, employee development , compensation and benefit, employee engament
4.Promote the internal department team building, constantly strengthen the function of the department to improve efficiency
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High School or Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Engineering, Engineering management or relate filed
- 6 years of engineering experience, ideally in a management role
- Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track
- Good command in English / Chinese
- Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems
- Leadership and management skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
- Results-oriented with superior technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge & Technique of automotive parts and Painting ,Chroming,Injection and Assembly
