E-commerce Platform Management
- Manage product listings and operations on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
- Update product information and pricing in real-time
- Track platform orders and handle basic customer interactions
- Maintain product pages and store branding
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media content strategy
- Create engaging visual and written content targeting key customer segments
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Conduct basic ad campaigns and performance tracking
- Analyze social media engagement metrics
Bonus Qualifications:
- Practical e-commerce marketing experience
- Previous cross-border e-commerce work
- Basic graphic design skills
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools
- Experienced in Food & beverage product
Work Arrangement:
- Full time (9-6)
- Hybrid work, remote 3 days per week
