• Identify and prospect potential clients in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, cafes, spas, hotels, and related businesses.
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
• Present the company's social media account management packages and digital marketing solutions, highlighting the benefits and value for hospitality businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
• Accurately track all prospect interactions, activities, and sales opportunities in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and detailed records.
• Collaborate with the Chinese marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to effectively position the company's offerings.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
