Where will you start:
- Lead market research, analyze competition, reflect on current sales model and business knowhows, and craft strategic business proposals.(Thai Market)
- Perform telemarketing job functionalities. Responsibilities include outbound calls to verify client information, invite clients to attend online product presentations, and host virtual product presentations to familiarize clients with product knowledge, applications, and the advantages of products.
Where will you progress:
- Implement business strategy. Refind business model.
- Perform business development in the assigned region.
- Develop distribution channels; Build relationships with distributors.
- Monitor team performances. Implement training to increase productivity.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1-3 years of business manager experience (mainly business development and leading a team)
- Proficiency in Chinese or English
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Individual work capability
- Ability to lead a team, and team-building skills.
