Job Scope:
Assists the Operation Manager with directing the operations of the Feed Mill including safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale and employee relations. your responsibilities include reviewing production records, scheduling production, and maintaining equipment. You also keep an inventory of all necessary ingredients, test grain quality, set quality standards, and ensure operations remain as efficient as possible while implementing new technologies.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Overseas operations providing best manufacturing practices.
2. Ensures all manufacturing practice policies set forth by the Company are completed and documented.
3. Ensure quality control procedures and policies (including HACCP) are adhered.
4. Reports and assists with all injuries and investigations.
5. Monitors and minimizes shrink in ingredients and finished feeds with rework control
6. Provides good “housekeeping” practices.
7. Ensures a clean environment throughout the Mill.
8. Enforce all safety procedures and processes to maintain a safe working environment.
9. Supervises special projects as assigned by Operation Manager.
10. Ensures safety and well-being of Butterball employees.
11. Conduct safety meetings, safety training, safety documentation.
12. Continually striving for zero accidents.
13. Assists with scheduling of employees and company projects.
14. Monitors attendance of all employees on his shift.
15. Coaches and provides Performance Feedback to associates
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical and industrial engineering
- Experience from feed mill operations would be advantage but not required
- Knowledge of grow-out operations
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs and work on night shift
- Can communication English language skills are speaking, writing, listening and reading
- Computer experience – knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
