1. Responsible for coordinating the testing plans for 3rd generation electrical and electronic products between the Engineering Technology Center and R&D. 2. Evaluate testing plans, improve fixtures, and enhance equipment measurement accuracy. 3. Analyze and resolve issues related to powertrain testing. 4. Responsible for improving labor efficiency, enhancing quality, and optimizing efficiency in automotive powertrain assembly. 5. Manage the implementation process of offline testing system, including testing identification, fixture debugging, and acceptance, ensuring timely production launch. 6. Improve stability and reduce error rates of product offline testing systems to meet automotive industry requirements, conduct equipment capability analysis, and perform routine maintenance. 7. Provide technical support for testing system production site, analyze quality issues, assist other functional departments in efficiency improvement, and support automation integration. 8. Develop testing development processes, testing standards, testing cases, and technical documents for offline testing systems, and provide training.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or above in Applied Electronics and Electrical Engineering, proficient in analog and digital circuit fundamentals and analysis, with over 5 years of testing experience (preferably in automotive electronics).
Proficiency in LabVIEW or C++, VB, and at least one language for interacting with instruments and controls, PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc.) automation testing program logic.
Experience in unit testing of electrical control units preferred, or knowledge of variable frequency control principles, proficient in powertrain testing system expertise.
Familiar with automotive electronic control testing, motor-to-support systems, and understanding of automotive controller and motor operation principles.
Proficient in designing architecture for testing systems (instrument selection, etc.).
Familiar with FMEA, APQP, MSA, PPAP, etc.
Familiar with communication protocols such as CAN, RS485, RS232, MODBUS, TCP/IP.
Team player with the ability to handle work pressure.
Good internal communication and coordination skills, able to work in English, and preferably basic Chinese proficiency.
