We are one of the leading EV makers of Thailand and we are growing fast in this segment.
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer – Mechanical Parts and Sub-Assemblies for our plant in Bang Bo, Samutprakarn. Should have hands on experience in creating master schedules/Plans with good communications and co-ordinations skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the products receiving meet quality standards required with ensuring the procedures.
• Identify quality issues and resolve them to ensure zero impact to the customer and production line.
• Analyze and prepare action plan for internal (production line) quality issues as well as customer complaints.
• Ensure implementation of CAR/PAR at supplier place.
• Participate quality audit activities along with the customers/suppliers.
• Follow up and create Quality Information management documents, such as, PPAP, Quality Manuals, Work Instructions etc.
• Set up quality criteria with customer and supplier based on drawing or specification before mass production.
• Conduct detailed inspection of new product and prepare inspection reports. Work closely with engineering and supply chain for product approvals.
• Conduct product inspection at supplier place to ensure all parts shipped are according to drawing and customer specifications.
• Conduct final inspection of sub-assemblies and parts before shipment.
• Manage risk and monitor potential problems of customers and suppliers from start-up business, transfer to mass production team until end of model.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports belong to his/her responsibilities to supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years in an automotive manufacturing with experience in QA/QC functions.
- Good Communication skills.
- Able to work with team members from different cultures/nationalities.
