Main Responsibilities:
● Control and set work schedules for subordinates to be able to work as specified by the partner company.
● Check the readiness of adequate working facilities.
● Allows users to control commands to be convenient and safe.
● Take care of the property (cars, tractors, motorcycles) both before and after the auction to be in the condition specified by the company.
● Increase work efficiency and reports and provide solutions to problems.
● Coordinate both inside and outside the organization.
● Service work: Providing services and facilitating customers, buyers, sellers, and the OA team. Work planning and quality control: Set working periods and control the quality of subordinates to match the goals set by the company.
● Coordination: Facilitate YCT's logistics company to check moving items correctly.
● Internal coordination: Supervise and control tools and locations to be ready, clean, and safe for workers.
● Purchasing, hiring, and facilitating the purchasing, and hiring of office equipment. To be sufficient for use
● Business side: Checking reports Checking the auction documents and coordinating with other departments within the organization to facilitate customers.
● External coordination: Contact government agencies to request various licenses.
● Interact with the community to reduce conflicts.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar position with team supervrvisor experience
- Knowledge of inspection of cars, tractors, and motorcycles preferred
- Good communication skills and the ability to supervrvise people
- Valid Driving License
- Hard-working and flexible attitude to working hours
