2.Responsible for personnel announcements and reward and punishment announcements.
3.Conduct job analysis, create and maintain job descriptions.
4.Assist supervisors in resolving labor disputes, handle employee problems, and provide personnel policy support.
5.Collect and sort out the investigation data required for personnel management and put forward reasonable suggestions.
6.Assist in completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor temporarily.
