รายละเอียดงาน
- Understand the business model and overall information regarding each company
- Understand and analyze current status and future direction of each company
- Understand and analyze current investment status of each PE Fund Investment
- Be up to date on NAV, Capital Call, Distribution of each PE Fund (monthly tracking)
- Be up to date on status and valuation of each company (monthly tracking)
- Translate financial statement of each company into meaningful managerial insights
- Attend annual general meetings and extra meetings of each company
- Seek opportunity to realize capital gain/loss of current invested businesses
- Propose new business investment potential and new PE investment potential that aligns with Top Management investment objective
- Assume the leading role in executing new investment deals
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor s Degree or Higher in Business and Finance education background
- 5 years+ in Investment and Business Analysis
- Experience in upcoming industry trend (e.g. Web 3.0, AI, ESG, Carbon-Neutral, etc.) is preferred
- Analytical and Critical Thinking skills to obtain business insights business operations and investment potential through financial and business analysis
- Ability to create financial models for various purposes (e.g. revenue projection, scenario-based analysis, profitability analysis, risk-reward, etc)
- Proactive and Initiative mindset in seeking new investment that suits the strategic direction of top management
- Ability to visualize data into meaningful, concise information for top management decision making
- Interest and familiarity with the upcoming industry trend (e.g. Web 3.0, AI, ESG, Carbon-Neutral, etc.)
- Interpersonal and Communication skills necessary to interact with Business Partners
- Strong command of English
