รายละเอียดงาน
Main Responsibilities:
1.Plan and manage the production teams to ensure that the product meets quality and output requirements.
2.Coach the production team members to facilitate the ongoing development of the skills required.
3.Be responsible for better production scheduling, removing waste from all kind of the production activities, and improving the production efficiency.
4.Be responsible for setting up all the performance goals for both department and operations, line leaders, evaluate the performance periodically as required, motivate, train and build up a strong, disciplined and skillful production team.
5.Be responsible for ensuring the whole production operations are running in safe, orderly, cleaning and effective environment.
6.Be responsible for ensuring the plant policies, procedures and disciplines be strictly controlled and performed.
7.Be responsible for implementing all the production plan in time as required, ensure all the on-time delivery performance match the customer's demand. And ensure the whole production activities to be stable and repeatable.
8.Be responsible for production labor control, focus on all the production cost reduction
9.Be responsible for ensuring the stable and high quality production output.
10.Be responsible for continues improvement of production operation, in terms of quality, labor cost, 5S, safety, efficiency, etc.
11.Work with Facility team, be responsible for the daily maintenance of production equipment.
12.Provide all kind of support to other department as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai National, Male age 25 years old up.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, electric, Mechanical Engineering /Manufacturing or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in production of Automotive.
- Experience in quality system (ISO14001 and ISO45001/TS 16949).
- Good command of both spoken and written English. (จำเป็น)
- Knowledge and understanding of the requirements and administration of ISO 14001 and 45001 systems.
- Proactive, high leadership with problem solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and team building ability.
- Computer literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel, Ppt), CAD beneficial.
- Understanding basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Good command of both spoken and written English. (จำเป็น)
