รายละเอียดงานJob Scope:
•Handle administrative tasks, including preparing purchase requisitions and orders for office supplies (e.g., stationery, parking fees) and managing material, product, supply orders.
•Administrative functions include issuing PR/PO, GR/IR, invoice processing, and payments.
•Provide direct support to the CEO, including preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint, as well as managing communications and scheduling.
•Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office services and facilities.
•Assist with HR administration, such as managing employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, and supporting recruitment activities.
•Take charge of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the CEO and other staff as needed.
•Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to streamline operations. Serve as a key point of contact for administrative support, balancing both executive assistance and HR responsibilities.
•Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
•Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to support communication needs for the CEO and HR.
•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•Experience in handling secretarial duties and HR administration is a plus.
