●Manage end-to-end training and operations development, identifying development needs to organize learning courses, evaluating program effectiveness, ensuring a learning outcome and business direction.
●Ensure continuous updates of framework contents and manual to align with evolving business requirements.
●Ensure effectiveness of new product training and smooth implementation.
●Maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and evaluation results for reporting
●Conducting training sessions.
●Store visit to ensure post training outcome and evaluation.
●Develop an operational process to ensure the effectiveness of production.
●Develop and review quality standards.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Progressive experience in restaurant & Café with 4 - 5 years in a similar role
- Experience in people development, training, L&D, area manager, or barista training is preferred
- Food and beverage knowledge.
- Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy.
- Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
