- Assist on training and development for existing employees
- Conduct an assessment and analyze Barista’s training needs
- Co-work with Coffee Business Manager to develop and implement Barista’s training programs.
- Be responsible for new products training.
- Arrange/develop training manuals, reference library, test, and evaluation procedures.
- Create methods for tracking Barista's skills development.
- Monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our training and development programs.
- Follow up and ensure that Barista performs their work as per standard procedure.
- Gather feedback from relevant teams and give a recommendation on necessary changes/improvement.
