Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Account Executive team to align KOL strategies with overall marketing objectives. - Research and identify individuals with significant influence in the industry. - Analyze available social media, and other relevant platforms to pinpoint potential KOLs. - Allocate budgets strategically across different KOLs, campaigns, and channels based on performance objectives. - Negotiate terms, fees, and deliverables with KOLs within the allocated budget. - Develop and manage agreements that outline expectations, timelines, and compensation. - Work with KOLs to create valuable content, such as articles, blog posts, videos, or social media posts. - Ensure that the content aligns with both the KOL's expertise and the brand's messaging. - Manage logistics and ensure a seamless collaboration experience for both the KOL and the brand. - Track and analyze the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness and reputation. - Provide regular reports on key performance indicators related to KOL initiatives.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years at KOL Specialist or Influencer Marketing Specialist.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or related roles.
Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills to measure the impact of KOL collaborations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
